Google Street View is how most businesses in Dubai are first seen. Right now yours is likely a pin, a photo of the door and a set of opening hours. A Google Street View interior puts the actual space inside the map, so someone deciding between three showrooms, clinics or restaurants can look around yours before choosing which one to visit.
Adding 360 interior imagery to Google Maps and your Google Business Profile puts the space into the surface where local decisions get made. People searching for a business type in an area see the profile, open the imagery, and form an impression without ever reaching a website.
It works differently from a listing tour. A listing tour markets one unit to people already interested. Street View imagery markets the premises to people still deciding, inside the product they are already using to decide.
We shoot the interior as a connected sequence of 360 panoramas following the natural path a visitor takes, entrance first, then the spaces that matter commercially. Each panorama is positioned and oriented so the transitions make sense: you move forward through the room rather than jumping across it.
Placement is the part most self-published imagery gets wrong. Panoramas have to sit at the correct coordinates, connect to the right entrance, and attach to the correct business listing, or the imagery floats unlinked and does nothing. We handle the alignment and the connection to your Business Profile so the result behaves like Google's own coverage.
Retail showrooms, clinics and dental practices, restaurants and cafés, gyms and studios, hotel lobbies and public areas, car showrooms, and any premises where the interior quality is the selling point and the exterior gives nothing away. Business Bay and DIFC offices use it for recruitment and client confidence as much as for footfall.
It is less useful for spaces the public never enters, or for a private residential listing, where a hosted virtual tour you control is the better tool.
Public-area and street-facing commercial capture in Dubai requires authorisation through the Dubai Film and TV Commission, with additional approval from the RTA or TECOM depending on where the premises sit. Interior capture inside your own leased space is far simpler and generally needs only building management notice.
Faces and identifiable private detail are handled before publication. We do not capture neighbouring tenancies, and we do not photograph areas your lease does not cover.
Most premises are captured in a single visit of one to three hours depending on floor area and how many rooms need coverage. Imagery is processed, positioned and published within 24 to 48 hours.
You receive the live Google Maps link, the imagery connected to your Business Profile, and the same panoramas as a standalone hosted tour you can embed on your own site. The Street View publication reaches people searching Google. The hosted copy is yours to use anywhere else.
Street View imagery and a hosted virtual tour do different jobs and most businesses benefit from both. Street View works inside Google, reaching people during the search itself, before they have chosen anywhere to click. A hosted tour lives on your own site and in your own campaigns, where you control the layout, the calls to action and the analytics.
Because we capture once and publish twice, adding the hosted version costs a fraction of a separate shoot. The panoramas are the same; only the destination differs.
Imagery ages. A refit, a rebrand or a new layout makes existing Street View coverage actively misleading, and outdated interior imagery does more damage than none at all because it sets an expectation the visit then contradicts. Premises that change their look regularly should plan on recapturing when the space materially changes rather than on a fixed schedule.

We cover every major community in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, usually within 24 to 48 hours of booking.
