What's included in each package?
Every package includes professional editing and delivery within 48 hours as a private gallery link, ready for Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit confirms your booking slot. The remaining balance is due on delivery of your files.
Do I need to be home during the shoot?
Not necessarily, as long as someone can grant access to the property, you don't need to be present.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the shoot.
Do you shoot outside Dubai?
Yes, our listed pricing covers Dubai. Shoots in other Emirates may include a travel fee, confirmed when you book.
Can I use the photos on any platform?
Yes, delivered files are yours to use across your listings, social media, and marketing.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
For exterior or villa shoots, we may suggest rescheduling at no extra cost if weather would affect quality. We'll always flag this in advance if there's a concern.
Can I add extra services after booking?
Yes, rush delivery, extra social cuts, or additional 360° points can be added anytime before your shoot.
